Staph
Red macules and papules -> vesicles and pustules-> golden crust
Mupirocin ointment 2% tid
Larger infections:
Cephalexin 12.5 - 25 mg / kg / dose qid
TMP-SMX 5 mg / kg / dose bid
Clindamycin 10 mg / kg / dose tid

A
Staph
Superficial, thin walled bullae
Wound cleaning
Mupirocin ointment 2%
Clindamycin 10 mg / kg / dose tid
TMP-SMX 5 mg / kg / dose bid

A
Group A Strep
Exudative pharyngitis
Fever
Rash - red and punctate, blanches with pressure, rough sandpaper feel
Tongue has a white coating with red papillae (white strawberry tongue)
Penicillin V 16 mg / kg / dose tid

Clindamycin 10 mg / kg / dose tid
