Cyclizine or Levomepromazine
How is nausea and vomiting relate to raised ICP (often brain mets) treated?
First line = Cyclizine
Also Dexamethasone
How is vestibular nausea and vomiting treated?
Cyclizine
Can also use Metoclopramide or prochlorperazine

First line is PRN Diazepam
Can also try Cyclizine

First line = Haloperidol
In terminal stages = Midazolam

One sixth of daily dose

Divide by 10
How do you convert oral morphine to sub cut morphine?
Divide by 2
