What are some symptoms to ask about in presenting complaint?
A
- General: Fever, Behaviour, Activity, Rashes, Growth and Weight, Sleeping, Feeding, Playing
- Cough, noisy breathing (stridor, croup, wheeze), dyspnoea,
- Vomiting, abdo pain/bloating, diarrhoea/constipation
- Wetting/nappies/toilet trained, dysuria, frequency
- Seizure/fits, headaches, abnormal movements
- Sore throat, earache

- Medical illnesses - previous and present
- Previous hospital admissions
- Vaccinations
- Had anything like this before?
- Birth history - any problems?
- ALWAYS ASK ICE

- Over the counter
- Allergies - food or drug etc and what is the reaction
