What is cardiovascular fitness?
The ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time
What is health?
Health is a state of complete mental, physical and social well being, not simply the absence of disease
What is fitness?
Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the envronment
What is the link between fitness and health?
You cannot have one without the other, you need to have a minimum level of fitness to have good health
Why should we test our fitness? (3 reasons)
