What is agility?
The ability to change position of the body quickly and to control the movement of the whole body easier
What is reaction time?
The time between the presentation of the stimulus and the onset of a movement
What is speed?
The differential rate of which an individual is able to perform movement or cover a distance in a period of time
What is strength?
The ability to lift a maximum weight in one attempt
What is endurance?
The ability to keep working over a period of time without tiring or losing skill
What is balance?
The ability to retain centre body mass of gravity of the body above the bass of support with reference to static or dynamic conditions of movement
What is flexibility?
The joints ability to move to their full range
What is co-ordination?
The ability to perform complex moves using two or more parts of the body together
What is body composition?
The proportion of the body weight that is fat, muscle and bone
What is muscular endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles over long periods of time without getting tired
