Santander Bikes, £2 paid for unlimited journeys up to 30 min
successful: reduces rate of obesity (predicted to be 60% by 2050)
could save £87 mil from people having less days off work
less pollution, could reduces GGs by 0.6 mil tonnes

Vans used to take bikes back and so produces nitrous oxide
limited area of city
£200 mil to pay for it from tax money
