Class B mishaps
property damage is $500k or more, but less than $2mil; or an injury or occupational illness results in permanent partial disability; 3 or more people hospitalized
Class C mishaps
$50k or more but less than $500k. or a non-fatal injury that causes any loss of time beyond the day of shift on which it occurred
