Q

How does refraction work refraction?

A

When the wavefronts start to move into the glass these parts of the wavefronts slow down
This causes those parts of the wavefronts to get closer together
Wavelength gets smaller
Causes the waves to change direction
When waves speed up they change direction away from the normal
