Can be used twice daily for max 3 - 5 days as bridge to nasal steroid spray; rhinitis medicamentosa management - try steroid nasal spray; doesn’t relieve itching of allergic rhinitis; sinusitis, acute ETD in adults; avoid continuous oral use of decongestants (pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine)
