- Oxygen - 100%
- Descend below FL250
- Select RAM DUMP to deactivate the AC
General checklist flow for smoke, fumes, or odors in cockpit (in flight)
- Oxygen - 100%
- Check for fire
- CABIN PRESS switch - RAM DUMP (below FL250, if possible)
- If smoke becomes severe - JETTISON CANOPY (below 300 KCAS if possible)
How much force is required to activate green ring?
16 to 40 lbs
General checklist flow for Cabin Pressure Loss
- Gangload
- Descend immediately below FL250 (below FL180 desired)
- Land as soon as practical
How much oxygen should you plan on going through per hour roughly?
1 liter/hour
When does the OXYGEN low-level caution light come on?
Quantity less than 1 liter
Can come on due to sloshing at 3 liters or less
General checklist flow if hypoxia/hyperventilation symptoms are detected
- Gang load
- Check connections
- Breath normally
- Descend below 10,000 ft MSL cabin pressure and land as soon as practical
If the emergency oxygen system is activated, what else should you do?
