sx- inner ear distended and full, bleeding from ear drum, dizziness, ha, with pressure or bursting sensation, buzzing in ears, hearing loss, red tongue with yellow coat, wiry slippery rapid pulse
tx principle- clear liver and gb heat, resolve damp, regulare ear cavity.

tx principle- expel wind, release the exterior, clear heat, resolve fire poison

ha, ear region is swollen and painful, discharge of blood from ear frum, mastoid process painful, outer and inner ear filled with yellow pus, dry stool, may have vomiting, and twitching, wiry/slippery pulse, red tongue with greasy tongue coat
tx principle- clear heat, resolve damp, resolve poison, reduce swelling, stop pn

distending and bursting sensaiton in the inner ear, ear feels blocked, may nave nose bleed, and nose and throat inflammation, swollen glands behind the ear and neck, may have recurrent attacks of otits media, slippery pulse
