Can you use canesten cream if pregnant or BF?

A lady who is BF has nipple fungal rash. What advice to give?
Can use canesten cream but wash breasts before BF
How often to use canesten cream
apply thinly and evenly to affected areas 2-3 times a day, rub in gently
generally minimum 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks may be necessary

Will need to use just canesten on its own after using this for a week to get best results

patient has taken 150mg fluconazole for thrush. they are still experiencing symptoms 2 days later day. what do you advice
The symptoms of thrush should disappear within two days of
treatment. If no improvement is seen after seven days, you
must tell your doctor. If the infection returns after seven days
another capsule may be taken but if you have more than two
infections within six months you should see your doctor.

another capsule may be taken but if you have more than two
