A
painful swelling, pain becomes severe; systemic signs unusual

A
metaphysis of long bone (especially distal femur, proximal tibia, proximal humerus) - b/c a lot of growth at these areas

A
most sclerotic, but some are lytic (scarier ones); cumulus cloud appearance (specific to OS)
