A
Usually long bones; metaphyseal (85% in femus, humerus, tibia), grows along mm pull, stop growth w/ plate closure

Osteochondroma plain film
A
Exostosis (stalk like – sessile/ pedunculated); cortex and trabecular bone continuous with underlying bone; “bayonet hand”

If become malig => pain
