Symptoms of orofacial granulomatosis
non tender swelling of one or both the lips
cheeks looks corrugated
gums bright red
Managment of orofacial granulomatosis
Dietary exclusion for 3months
Micanozole for angular cheliltis
Intralesion steriod injections - triminolone
Steriods and immunosuppressants
Imfilimab (monoclonal antibody)
Surgery
