A
cough, dyspnoea, fever and malaise that develop over a relatively short time

Radiographic features of OP
A
patchy air-space consolidation and ground-glass opacities.
The patchy opacities occur more frequently in the periphery of the lung and are often in the lower lung zones

PFT abnormality seen in OP
A
A restrictive ventilatory defect and a reduced TLCO are the most common findings in organising pneumonia

HPE of OP
A
multiple uniform intraluminal plugs of inflammatory debris consisting of granulation tissue with fibroblasts in distal airspaces and the surrounding lung architecture is preserved.
