Company Officers shall maintain up to date records of the status of each member’s EMT/EMT-I/Paramedic/ACLS/CPR and at the beginning of each shift shall ensure that a minimum of one licensed EMT/CPR cardholder is on duty at all times. Company Officers shall check for the physical presence of all EMS Certifications on the first days of JAJO that their shift is scheduled to work.

A

After the member has used 2 of their call-ins, they will be notified in writing that they are at risk for being put on sick leave restriction. Sick Leave restriction requires a physicians certificate or Form SF-71 and will remain in effect for a 12 month period.

Unit will be kept clean and neat at all times. Exterior washed daily; interior periodically as needed.

A

ACIC notified OUC placing the unit OOS and requesting a BFC, SAFO, and EMS Batt. Supervisor. If transporting a non-critical Pt, then request an additional EMS unit. If transporting a critical Pt and vehicle has minimal damage and is drivable, instruct other party to remain on scene for BFC, complete transport, and return to scene OOS when transport complete.

Supervisor shall be responsible for notifying OUC and respective BFC when unit is going out and back into service.
