How long is prescription valid for oral retinoids such as isotretinoin?
A
Seven days and idealy shpuld be dispensed on the same day.
prescriptions presented after 7 days are considered expired and should be reffered back to the prescripber for a new precription.
preganancy status should be reconfirmed with -ve test.

What is the max quantity of oral retinoids that can be supplied?
A
30 day supply, a 30 day supply can only be provided if the pt is confirmed by the precriber as not being under the PPP
