- Painless ulcer on sun exposed face (UV)
- Raised rolled border with central area of depression or ulceration
- Telangiectasia can be seen on borders
- Usually does not metastasize but locally destructive

- Does NOT appear intra-orally

- Acute sun damage (sunburn)
- Most common intra-oral cancer
