- Other names: simple bone cyst, traumatic bone cyst
- Psudocyst: represents an empty cavity in bone
- Do not know why it occurs (not trauma)
- Radio
- Usuallly in mandibular Premolar-molar area
- Superior margin scallops btw tooth roots
- Tx: spontaneous healing w/o tx following exploratory surgery
