- People who believe that trans women are inherently dangerous and are sick and need to be segregated from the rest of society → washroom, changing facilities, etc.
What to do if someone comes out to you as trans
Be direct and ask:
- What can I do to support you?
- What are your pronouns?
Best way to avoid mistakes: just ask!

DO NOT ASK questions about their bodies or what they are planning to do for transitioning.
Dysphoria in childhood affects
- Depressed → forced to present themselves in a way that didn’t align in the way that they are
- Puberty started at 11
- Horror that came with their body → traumatizing
- Urgency of needing to change sex or they were going to kermit sewer-side
