A

Captains with less than 100 hours can shoot an ILS to normal minimums provided:

PIC and SIC are trained to conduct monitored approaches

AP serviceable and used for the approach to decision height or until initiation of missed approach

Flight crew must use monitored approach procedure

Not allowed when RVR is below 4000 (3/4 SM) AND the crosswind component exceeds 15 knots AND braking action is less than good
