- identify potential modifiable risk factors
- assess for comorbidities: ADHD and OCD
how to tx disruptive behaviour disorders (ODD and CD)?
- parent management training ➔ family therapy
- school based interventions ➔ education tools
- individual child therapy ➔ CBT ➔ anger management
only consider pharmacologic tx if psychosocial cannot manage ➔ antipsychotic > mood stablizer
