What do you have to do if you are doing opening shifts?
A
- Turn on the dishwashing steamer
- Take out the whipped cream bottles/frap. roast container/chocolate container.
- Take out sanitiser packs, chocolate powder, frap. roast powder.
- Put the mestrena parts back to the machine. Take E42 tablets X2 to replace. Add 2 napkin on coffee tray to prevent coffee from sticking. Click rinse. (repeat for both machines)
- Clear sanitising tank (1 packet of green powder and tap water). Replace the sanitising water in the spray and the 2 packets with cloth.
- Make the tea (oolong tea: 2 teabages; Passion & black tea: 1 packet) –> Add 1L of hot water per packet (dont fill it up to full yet), add the remaining using distilled water. Time for 10 minutes.
- Make the sweet cream - 12 pumps of vanilla & sugar can syrup. Add milk to tall line in pitcher. Whipping cream to max in pitcher. Pour.
- Add the spoons to the containers.
* Dark Skull dark mocha & grapefruit (largest spoon)
* Pearl (spoon with hole)
*Hojicha (2 tbsp); Other powder (1tbsp)
* One spoon for earl grey jelly - Turn on the blenders
- Make the frap roast (week day: 3L; weekend: 4L) - normal water. Expiry (2 days) –> print 3 tags and stick on the container.
- Bar mocha (week day: 1/2 packer; weekend: 1 packet). 2L of hot water (for 1 packet) –> Expiry date: 1 day, print 3 tags (put in fridge)
- Only the white mocha and frap. roast (put in front)
- Remove all the plastic wrappings.
- Chocolate drink mix (0.5L of hot water, add powder mix should reach 1L, then top up with 0.5L of normal distilled water. Expiry date: 2 days, 1 tag on handle. Put in fridge.
- Whipping cream (4 bottles –> 2 full packets)
1 bottle: 8 pumps of sugar and vanilla; fill whipping cream to the max line - 1 month due date for all pumps (except the 5 flavour pumps where you can reuse the pump for 3 times) Exp. is 5 days when open.
