Brewed Coffee

1. Add flavor and sugar pump (2,3,4,5)
2. Fill cup with brewed coffee
*Milk if requested can be placed in a 4oz sampling cup

Coffee Press

What is the drink ID? How to make tall, grande, venti?

A

ID: BC
1. Coffee (2 tbsp) 2,4,5,8
2. Coarsely grind coffee and add to coffee press. Ditting # 9, Grindmaster # 8
3. Fill coffee press with hot water from Insta-hot or brewer and stir until grounds are wet.
4. Place filter lid on top to keep coffee hot.
5. Set timer for 4 minutes.
6. When the timer goes off, slowly press the filter down, serve immediately.
Flavour only last for 20 minutes.

Taste: Roasty coffee
Aroma: Roasty coffee
Texture: Thin body

  1. Pup flavour/sugar syrup (3,4,5)
  2. Pour cold brew to the 1st line.
  3. Add cold water to 3rd line on cup.
  4. Fill with ice ad connect.

  1. Pup flavour/sugar syrup (3,4,5)
  2. Pour cold brew to the 1st line.
  3. Add cold water to 2nd line.
  4. Add milk to 3rd line
  5. Fill with ice ad connect.

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

What is the drink ID? Describe the taste, aroma, texture of the drink. How to make tall, grande, venti?

ID: VSCCB
Taste: Roasty coffee
Aroma: Creamy vanilla
Texture: Thin body

  1. Pump Vanilla flavour/sugar syrup (3,4,5)
  2. Pour cold brew to the 1st line.
  3. Add cold water to 3rd line
  4. Fill with ice ad connect.
  5. Top with vanilla sweet cream to 1mm below cup rim.

Note: Do not try to blend the sweet cream into the beverage - layered visual is part of the finished beverage.

How to prepare cold brew in bulk?

A
  1. One coffee bag and one the brewer bucket
  2. 2 coffee packet -> 4.5L of distilled water in the bag. –> Tie the coffee sack –> Add 4.5L of water on the outside. Close the lid and Set a timer for 20 hours. Place the timer on the brewer.
