It takes 48 hours to acclimatise to a time change of less than 4 hours.

Report time (min 60 mins) until final on-block time.
Local day and night
Local day: 24 hours midnight to midnight
Local night: a period of 8 hours falling between 22:00 and 08:00 local time.
Single day free of duty
1 local day and 2 local nights
Window of circadian low
02:00 and 05:59 hours in the time zone to which a crew member is acclimatised.
Company absolute restrictions on flight duties
40 hours in any 7 consecutive days
100 hours in a period of 28 consecutive days
900 hours during a Calendar Year
1000 hours in any 12 consecutive calendar months

Positioning affect on duty
Positioning before a flight added to FTP but not counted as a sector.
All time spent positioning counted as duty time.
Delayed reporting time
1 delay:
< 4 hours - FDP based on original reporting time
> 4 hours - FDP starts at delayed reporting time. FTL based on more limiting reporting time (original or delayed)
>10 hours - counts a rest period if undisturbed

Long range flights
Only 1 sector to follow a trans-oceanic.
Only 3 sectors allowed if going more than 4 time zone hours away from point of departure.
