Target Off Block Time
The time that an aircraft operator / handling agent estimates that an aircraft will be completely ready.
Pilots will call at TOBT (+/-) 5 minutes to
confirm ready.
TOBT’s require updating by us if they differ by
5mins from previous TOBT

expect to receive start up approval.
