A

Warm up light resistance 8-10 easy reps
1 min test
ADD 10-20 POUNDS (5-10% init. load) then 3-5 REPS
2 min rest
Repeat until client fails between 3-5 reps
Use 1 rep max chart to calculate 1 rep max
