What are the duties and responsibilities of the Employer under the OH&S Act?
- A safe workplace
- Safe ways of doing each work task
- Job safety analysis
- Safe plant, tools and equipment
- Safety information/work instructions and training for any task being undertaken for the first time + supervision

What are employees responsible for under the OH&S Act?
- Carry out work activities in a safe manner (for yourself and others)
- Do not interfere with the safe operation of equipment/machinery
- Wear PPE, use it appropriately
- Report injury or Illness immediately
- Report faulty equipment and safety hazards
- Follow instructions on how to work safely and comply with safety laws

- Don’t use whiteout
- Strike out and initial errors
