Mainly around Pacific Rim- West Coast of South America
Deepest- Mariana Trench, off the South Coast of Japan

A
Destructive plate boundary
Oceanic plate moves towards continental
Oceanic sinks as it is denser, dragging the continental crust with it
Creates an ocean trench, in the zone of subduction
