What does OCD stand for
Obsessive compulsive disorder
What is ocd
A condition characterised by obsessions and/or compulsive behaviour. Obsessions are ignition whereas compulsions are behavioural

Obsessions —> increase anxiety —> compulsions
—> temporary relief —> back to obsession
