- Class B, between $500,000 and $2,000,000 damage, injury or illness causing permanent partial disability or 3 or more personnel are inpatient hospitalized
- Class C, between $50,000 and $500,000 damage, a non-fatal injury causes any loss of time beyond the day or shift on which it occurred; or a non-fatal illness that causes loss of time from work or disability at any time

Explain the functions of the Safety Council/Enlisted Safety Committee
Formed to set goals, manage assets, and review safety related recommendations. They are formed in activities that are large in number. Meet once a month and discuss safety issues and prove recommendations.
