How do you perform CPR?

Answer 6

• Remove clothing from chest
• Interlock your hands and place heal of bottom hand on the lower half of the breast bone
• Deliver first set of 30 compressions at least 2 inches deep at a rate of 100 per minute
• Give 2 breaths to the patient
• Continue until you have completed a total of 5 cycles (approx. 2 mins)
• Reassess breathing and repeat CPR if necessary
