From L2-L4 within psoas muscle
Passes thru obturator canal and divides into anterior and posterior branch
-Ant -> adductor longus, adductor brevis, gracilis
-Post -> obturator externus, adductor magnus
Sensory to skin at medial thigh proximal to knee

Valsalva MLT psoas MMT adductors History of area affected by s/s Pain primary complaint from groin to inner thigh, not relieved by rest

A
address psoas impairments, educate on diaphragmatic breathing and TA activation for stabilization, adductor strengthening, hip mobilization
