Admission to hospital Weekly LFTs and bile acids Can prescribe ursodeoxycholic acid and menthol creams for itching Consider vitamin K if severe IOL from 37 weeks

Not pregnancy related e.g viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, primary biliary cirrhosis
