Describe lachman test

Answer 1

Placing knee in approx 30 degrees of flexion with one hand stabilizing the distal femur. The other hand pulls the proximal tibia anteriorly attempting to produce anterior translation of the tibia on the femur. MOST USEFUL TEST IN AN ACUTE ACL RUPTURE.
