Most lethal :(. Consists of CHEMO followed by surgery and/or radiation. Greater than 75% of pets have axillary mets at time of dx of inflammatory breast CA. Distant mets are common.
In pregnant patient, tx of stage I or II cancer

If LN are positive in pregnant patient, when do you do chemo?
Delayed until 2nd trimester.

Recommended chemo for breast CA
CAF (cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, 5-FU) or CMF (methotrexate instead of adriamycin)
Prognosis of breast CA depends most on what?
Stage, rather than histologic type.
