What is the definition of calories?
A unit of energy supplies by food. A calories is a calorie regardless of source

What is an empty calorie?

What does a healthy eating plan entail?
Fruits, veggies, whole grains, fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products
Lean sources of proteins
Low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt and added sugars

How much should the average adult exercise a week?
2.5 hours of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and weight training on 2 or more days
