Payment required,(UNLESS A DONOR PAID FOR YOU) so not guaranteed to be admitted

Staffed by physicians/nurse however treatments still ineffective=lack of understanding

Overcrowded=easier spread of disease
Poor sewage system=easier spread of infections

Untrained, notoriously known for being drunks and getting paid in gin
