temporarily suspended by

program/RA 9163 was signed into law by
President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

- ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps.)
- CWTS (Civic Welfare Training Services)
- LTS (Literacy Training Services)
a program that is designed to provide military
training to motivate, train, organize, and
mobilize them for national defense preparedness
ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps)
a program or activities that contribute to the
general welfare and betterment of life for the
members of the community or the enhancement
of its facilities,especially those devoted to
improving health, education, environment,
entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and morals
of the citizenry and other social welfare services.
CWTS (Civic Welfare Training Services)
a program that is designed to train the students to
teach literacy and number skills to the school
children, out of school youth, other segments of
society in need of their services.
LTS (Literacy Training Services)
The envisions building up valuable and
effective members of Citizen Armed Forces
and National Services Reserved Corps who
may serve as agent toward attaining quality
of life, sustaining peace, unity, cooperation,
and growth of the target communities.

The NSTP is a dynamic service/s that
provides capability enhancement for civil
welfare geared towards encouraging youth
in improving their skills, knowledge and
attitudes in various endeavors developing
their interest in community service and
responsiveness in attaining peace towards
building.
