Cyclosporine: inhibits IL-1 and 2
Mycophenolate mofetil: inhibits IMP dehydrogenase
Sulfasalazine: inhibits cytokines
Colchicine
Microtubule assembly inhibitor, decreases macrophage migration and phagocytosis
Uricosuric agent
Probenecid, sulfinpyrazone
Inc uric acid excretion
Xanthine oxidase inhibitor
Allopurinol
