morpho - papule, plaque or nodule - pink red or skin colored - scale - exophytic - indurated friable

- mets rate is 5% higher rates if - large - involves bone, muscle or nerve - scalp, ears, nose, lip - immunosuppressd - caused by arsenic

A
- craterform, erythematous nodule with central core
- looks like volcano
- rapid growth, but oft spontaneously involutes
