Chest Pain: 0.4 mg (1/150 gr) sublingually or spray, every 5 minutes
PRN up to a total of 3 doses for persistent CP
Pulmonary Edema: 0.4 mg (1/150 gr) sublingually or spray, every 5 minutes PRN titrated to symptoms and BP
Nitropaste: system specific protocol
