Altitude, carbon monoxide, extreme heat or cold, illness
How can hypoxia be avoided?
Supplemental oxygen above 10,000 during the day and 5,000 during night
What is hyperventilation
an abnormal increasein teh volume of air breathed in and out of thelungs. Decreases carbon dioxide levels in blood which is need to regulate breathing
What should I pilot do if carbon monoxide poising is suspected?
Shut off heater and open all air vents.
