Often a question is asked that has a peice of information embedded within it that is to be taken as fact. “when did you stop beating your wife?”

clear preference for “yes” answer and if not provided, IR can draw own conclusion

evading answering pauses and in-breaths IE refusing to cooperate with IR single word responses when an 'multi-unit' turn is desired using the IR's name
