  • Head trauma- brain injury or haemorrhage
  • Acute stroke- haemorrhage or infarct
  • Headache- suspected SAH or intracranial mass
  • Focal neurological deficit- stroke, tumour
  • Post surgical- hydrocephalus, haemorrhage
  • Dementia subtyping
