Head tilt + nystagmus + loss of balance (independant of central or peripheral origin

Which stuctures can cause vestibular syndrome?
A
Brainstem (ARAS, CNIII -> XII nuclei, ascending and descending tracts)
Cerebellum
Inner/middle ear structures (vestibular receptor and nerve, facial nerve, sympathetic tract to eye)

Reduce seizures frequency or severity
