What is the optic nerve pathway?
A
Optic nerve -> optic chiasm -> optic tract -> LGN -> optic radiations -> occipital lobe.
Pupillary fibers leave the optic tract before getting to the LGN.

What area posterior to the chiasm, if damaged, can cause a monocular VF temporal crescent defect?
A
The Anterior portion of the calcarine fissure(only area posterior to the chiasm that can cause monocular VF defect).

What do the superior and inferior divisions of CN 3 supply?
A
Superior division: Superior Rectus and Levator.
Inferior division: IR, MR, IO, iris and ciliary muscle.

What CN are in the cavernous sinus? Which of these are inside the wall?

CN 3, 4, V1, V2 and 6
CN 3, 4, V1 and V2 are inside the wall.
