What does the dorsal scapular nerve (C5) innervate?
- Rhomboid major
- Rhomboid minor
- Levator scapulae
What do the dorsal rami innervate?
Intrinsic (Deep) muscles of the back
What does the medial pectoral nerve (C8, T1) innervate?
- Pectoralis major

What does the lateral pectoral nerve innervate (C5, C6, C7)?
Pectoralis major
What does the axillary nerve (C5, C6) innervate?
- Deltoid

What does the long thoracic nerve (C5, C6, C7) innervate?
Serratus anterior
What does the lower subscapular (C5, C6) nerve innervate?
- Teres major
2. Subscapularis
What does the suprascapular nerve (C5, C6) innervate?
- Supraspinatus

What does the Upper subscapular nerve (C5, C6) innervate?
Subscapularis
What does the musculocutaneous nerve (C5, C6, C7) innervate?
Anterior compartment of the arm:
- Biceps brachii
- Coracobrachialis
- Brachialis
What does the radial nerve (C5, C6, C7, C8, T1) innervate?
Posterior compartment of the arm and forearm.
What does the median nerve (C5, C6, C7, C8, T1) innervate?
- Anterior compartment of the forearm (except Flexor carpi ulnaris)
- Digits 2&3 of Flexor digitorum profundus
- Recurrent branch: Thenar compartment
- Lumbricals 2&3
Sensory: lateral palm including thumb, 2nd, 3rd and half of digit 4. Dorsal side: tips of digits 1, 2, 3 and 1/2 of 4.
What does the ulnar nerve (C7, C8, T1) innervate?
- Flexor carpi ulnaris
- Flexor digitorum profundus digits 4 and 5
- Adductor pollicis
- Hypothenar muscles (3)
- Lumbricals, 4 and 5
- Interossei: Palmar -3, Dorsal- 4
