A

Administer intraperitoneal. Vancomycin or 1st gen cephalosporin and 3rd gen cephalosporin or aminoglycoside

How often do you monitor ESA therapy in dialysis anemia?

A

2-4 weeks. If goes up more than 25% in 4 weeks reduce dose by half, if doesn’t go up to at least 25% after 4 weeks then adjust.
